Stress and eating. We'll look at them separately and as one. New ways ways to tackle stress and stress eating using mindfulness and other techniques, tips, and tools to manage stress and improve eating. Dress comfortably, bring a mat, and plan on workshop participation to come up with a plan for YOU! Samples of supportive foods will be served!
